用化学诱抗剂吲哚乙酸、乙烯利、氟乐灵叶面喷施处理番茄幼苗,诱导番茄抗叶霉病效果显著。诱抗剂处理番茄植株叶霉病病情指数分别为26.1%~32.4%,对照处理叶霉病病情指数为72.2%。诱抗剂处理后,植株体内苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化物酶同工酶活性明显高于对照,而生理指标与植株的抗病反应无一致的变化规律。说明化学诱抗剂诱导番茄对叶霉病抗性的提高与酶活性增强有关。
Indoleacetic acid, ethephon and trifluralin were sprayed on the leaves of tomato seedlings with chemotactic agents, and the anti-leaf mildew resistance was induced significantly. The disease index of tomato leaf blight induced by the antagonist was 26.1% ~ 32.4%, while the control index of leaf blight was 72.2%. The results showed that the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and peroxidase isoenzymes in plants were significantly higher than those in the control, while the physiological indices had no consistent changes with the disease-resistant responses of plants. The results showed that the chemical inducer induced tomato leaf mold resistance increased and enzyme activity.
