通过一家钢琴制造企业的纵向案例分析,试图分析中国企业在其不同技术发展阶段,如何选择与自身吸收能力相匹配的“引智”学习方式,并在两者互动中提升企业创新绩效。研究发现:第一,在企业选择“引智”学习方式过程中,企业知识吸收能力演化(识别与获取能力—理解与消化能力—转化和应用能力)扮演了重要的角色,两者动态匹配机制为“识别与获取能力—问题导向学习;理解与消化能力—项目导向学习;转化和应用能力—内部前馈式学习”。第二,企业“引智”学习能够明显提升企业知识吸收能力,而后者又会影响企业下阶段“引智”学习方式的选择。第三,选择与企业吸收能力相匹配的“引智”学习方式,可显著提升企业创新绩效。
Through a longitudinal case study of a piano manufacturing enterprise, this paper attempts to analyze how Chinese enterprises choose their “intellectual” learning methods that match their own absorptive capacity in different stages of technological development and enhance their innovative performance in the interaction between the two. The findings are as follows: Firstly, in the process of enterprises choosing “learning”, the evolution of knowledge absorptive capacity (ability of cognition and acquisition - ability of understanding and digestion - transformation and application) plays an important role. Matching mechanism for “recognition and acquisition capabilities - problem-oriented learning; understanding and digestion - project-oriented learning; transformation and application capabilities - internal feedforward learning ”. Second, the enterprise “intellectual ” learning can significantly enhance the enterprise’s ability to absorb knowledge, and the latter will affect the next phase of enterprise “intellectual ” learning options. Thirdly, the choice of “lead-in” learning methods that match the absorptive capacity of enterprises can significantly improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
