随着知识经济时代的到来,世界酒店业发展日新月异,顾客需要越来越高,迫切需要不断提高酒店业人才的各方面素质。酒店业对受过高等专业训练的人才需要量不断扩大,标准不断提高,但培养此类专业人才的教育事业却远远跟不上,所以出现了“青黄不接”的局面。因此,世界各国普遍出现缺乏合格酒店经营管理与服务人员的问题。本文着重分析酒店业最新发展趋势,研究在这种发展趋势下,酒店业人才培养模式及方法的各种问题,力争培养出符合时代发展潮流和行业发展需要的专门人才。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the development of the world’s hotel industry is changing rapidly with the increasing needs of customers.
