目的:观察女贞叶乙醇提取物对鹌鹑高脂血症的影响。方法:用外源性胆固醇和高脂饲料复制鹌鹑高脂血症模型,并诱发其肝脂肪变性,分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、脂必妥组(3 g·kg-1)、女贞叶乙醇提取物高、中、低组(1.5,3,6 g·kg-1),给药4周。分别测定各组血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,并进行鹌鹑肝脂肪变性的病理组织学检查。结果:女贞叶乙醇提取物低剂量能降低血清TG(P<0.05);中、高剂量能明显降低血清TG,CHO(P<0.01),中、高剂量降低血清LDL-C(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组能明显升高血清HDLC(P<0.01)。给予女贞叶乙醇提取物后,鹌鹑肝系数明显减轻(P<0.01),肝中脂肪空泡数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:女贞叶乙醇提取物具有明显的防治鹌鹑高脂血症和肝脂肪变性的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of ethanol extract of privet leaf on the hyperlipidemia of quails. Methods: Exogenous cholesterol and high-fat diet were used to replicate the model of hyperlipidemia in quail and induced hepatic steatosis. The rats were divided into normal control group, high fat model group, lipopeptone group (3 g · kg -1) Ligustrum officinals ethanol extract high, medium and low groups (1.5,3,6 g · kg-1), administered for 4 weeks. The levels of serum triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CHO), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured in each group and the histopathology of hepatic steatosis School inspection. Results: Low dose of ethanol extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong could lower serum TG (P <0.05); medium and high dose of TG could significantly decrease serum TG and CHO (P <0.01), middle and high dose of serum LDL-C , P <0.01), high-dose group can significantly increase serum HDLC (P <0.01). After giving the ethanol extract of privet leaf, the liver coefficient of quails was significantly reduced (P <0.01), the number of fat vacuoles in the liver was significantly reduced (P <0.01). Conclusion: The ethanol extract of Ligustrum lucidum leaves has obvious effect on preventing and treating the hyperlipidemia and hepatic steatosis of quails.
