建立了ICP-AES法测定U-Mo合金中Mo含量的分析方法。用王水-H_2O_2溶解U-Mo合金切屑样,用20%TBP-氢化煤油作萃取剂萃取分离铀,在光谱仪上直接测定U-Mo合金中Mo含量。取样量为25 mg时,Mo的测量范围为2.00%~20.00%,方法回收率在97%~101%之间,测量结果的相对标准偏差不大于5%。
A method for the determination of Mo in U-Mo alloy by ICP-AES was established. U-Mo alloy chip samples were dissolved with aqua regia-H 2 O 2 and uranium was extracted with 20% TBP-hydrogenated kerosene as extractant. The Mo content in U-Mo alloy was measured directly on a spectrometer. When the sample volume is 25 mg, the measurement range of Mo is 2.00% ~ 20.00%. The recovery rate of the method is between 97% and 101%. The relative standard deviation of the measurement results is not more than 5%.
