为了充实偏远山区卫生院医疗卫生技术力量,扩大基层卫生院在实施初级卫生保健工作中的功能,经地、县人事部门批准,绩溪县卫生局于1991年9月通过医疗专业理论考试,在社会上公开招聘了经过两年以上高、中等医学院校系统理论学习,并获得大、中专毕业证书的非在职人员20名,分配到9个乡、镇卫生院工作。现结合业绩考核分析,谈谈如何做好聘用制卫生技术干部的管理工作。
