针对客机机翼特点,建立机翼外形和结构参数化模型;应用CATIA二次开发技术和PCL编程,实现气动分析模型和结构有限元模型的自动生成;分析了气动和结构之间的耦合关系,研究一种气动载荷自动加载到结构模型的方法;应用基于代理模型的二级优化方法求解机翼气动/结构设计多学科优化问题;在iSIGHT软件环境下实现机翼气动/结构多学科优化计算流程。算例结果表明,本文提出的机翼气动/结构多目标优化方法能获得关于升阻比和结构重量的最优解集,有助于设计人员确定合理的机翼总体参数。
According to the wing characteristics of passenger aircraft, the wing shape and structure parameterization model are established. The CATIA secondary development technology and PCL programming are used to realize the automatic generation of the aerodynamic analysis model and structural finite element model. The coupling relationship between aerodynamic and structure is analyzed, A method of automatically loading aerodynamic loads into a structural model is studied. A two-level optimization method based on the proxy model is used to solve the multi-disciplinary optimization problem of the aerodynamic / structural design of the aerofoils. The aerodynamic / structural multi-disciplinary optimization calculation process of the aerofoils is implemented under the iSIGHT software environment . The results of numerical examples show that the proposed aerodynamic / structural multi-objective optimization method can obtain the optimal solution set of lift-drag ratio and structure weight, which helps designers to determine the reasonable overall wing parameters.
