一九五○年九月三十日由中華人民共和國中央人民政府政務院總理兼外交部部長周恩來舆蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯盟駐中華人民共和國特命全權大使尼·維·羅申在北京互換下列各批准書: 一九五○年二月十四日在莫斯科簽訂並於一九五○年四月十一日經中華人民共和國中央人民政府委員會及蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯盟最高蘇維埃主席圑所批准的中蘇友好同盟互助條約,中蘇兩國關於中國長春鐵路、旅順口及大連的協定和中蘇兩國政府關於貸欵給中華人民共和國的協定之批准書; 一九五○年三月二十七日在莫斯科簽訂並經中華人民共和國中央人民政府於一九五○年四月二十一日批准和蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯盟最高蘇維埃主席圑於一九五○年六月三日批准的中蘇兩政府關於在新疆創辦中蘇石油股份公司的協定及關於在新疆創辦有色及稀有金屬股份公司的協定
