目的探讨复方积雪草胶囊对局灶节段性肾小球硬化症(FSGS)大鼠肾组织细胞外基质(ECM)的影响。方法建立单侧肾切除合并阿霉素静脉双次注射大鼠FSGS模型,采用半定量病理分析法观察复方积雪草胶囊对肾组织ECM的影响,并生化检测尿蛋白、血脂、肾功能的变化。结果FSGS大鼠经复方积雪草胶囊治疗8周后,肾组织ECM积聚减少(P<0.01),血脂、肌酐、尿素氮和尿蛋白较模型组明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),疗效优于尿毒清组。结论复方积雪草胶囊可以抑制肾组织ECM积聚,改善肾功能,防治肾纤维化。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound Jiaxuecao capsule on extracellular matrix (ECM) in renal tissue of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) rats. Methods FSGS model was established by unilateral nephrectomy and adriamycin intravenous injection in rats. Semi-quantitative pathological analysis was used to observe the effect of compound Zhixuecao capsule on ECM of renal tissue, and the changes of urinary protein, blood lipid and renal function were detected by biochemical methods. . Results After FSGS rats were treated with compound Zhixue capsule for 8 weeks, ECM accumulation in renal tissue was reduced (P<0.01), and serum lipids, creatinine, urea nitrogen, and urinary protein were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05-0.01). In the uremia clear group. Conclusion Compound Xue Xue Cao Capsule can inhibit the accumulation of ECM in renal tissue, improve renal function and prevent renal fibrosis.
