构建了一个含有甜菜碱醛脱氢酶基因的表达载体,应用基因枪转化法将其转入玉米,获得了一些转基因植株。根据对目的基因的分子检测和对盐耐性的分析,证明转化的甜菜碱醛脱氢酶基因已整合入玉米染色体组,并且转基因玉米提高了对盐的耐性。
An expression vector containing betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase gene was constructed and transformed into maize by gene gun transformation. Some transgenic plants were obtained. Based on molecular detection of the target gene and analysis of salt tolerance, it was demonstrated that the transformed betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase gene has been integrated into the maize genome and the transgenic maize has increased salt tolerance.
