1991年10月22日～26日在春城昆明市,中国卫生经济学会计划与预算专题组和云南卫生经济学会联合举办了卫生计划与预算第三次研讨会。这次会议共收到学术论文94篇,入选文章31篇。到会代表44人。中国卫生经济学会副会长司更生、李永康,顾问谢励、李春仁和天津卫生局主管财务的王继秋副局长应邀参加了会议。中国卫生经济杂志社的同志和卫生软科学杂志社的同志也应邀参加了会议。参加会议的代表既有来自全国从事卫生经济管理的老专家、老领导,也有卫生经济战线的新兵;既有不同层次、不同卫生单位计财工作的主管人员,也有从事卫生经济教学和研究的理论工作者;既有我国较发
From October 22nd to 26th, 1991 in Kunming, Chuncheng, the third session of the Health Planning and Budgeting Seminar was jointly organized by the Chinese Academy of Health Economics Planning and Budgeting Task Group and the Yunnan Association of Health Economics. The conference received a total of 94 academic papers and 31 articles were selected. Attend 44 delegates. The Vice Presidents of the Chinese Health Economics Society, Mr. S. G., Li Yongkang, consultants Xie Li and Li Chunren, and the Deputy Director Wang Jiqiu of the Tianjin Bureau of Health in charge of finance attended the meeting. Comrades from the Chinese Journal of Health Economics and comrades from the Journal of Health Soft Science were also invited to attend the conference. Representatives attending the conference included old experts and old leaders from across the country engaged in health and economic management, as well as recruits from the health and economic front; supervisors who work at different levels and in different health units, as well as teaching and research in health economics.
