以生石灰为原料制备纳米碳酸钙粒子,用透射电镜、粒度分析仪、X射线衍射光谱分析纳米碳酸钙粒子,考察纳米碳酸钙粒子的加入对环氧树脂胶粘剂剪切强度的影响,并分析纳米碳酸钙粒子提高胶粘剂剪切强度的原因。结果表明:纳米碳酸钙粒子提高了环氧树脂胶粘剂体系的剪切强度,表面处理对于缓解纳米粒子的团聚作用效果显著,水煮后纳米碳酸钙环氧树脂胶粘剂剪切强度降低。
The nanometer calcium carbonate particles were prepared from quicklime, the nanometer calcium carbonate particles were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy, particle size analyzer and X-ray diffraction. The influence of nanometer calcium carbonate particles on the shear strength of the epoxy resin adhesive was investigated. Ca2 + particles improve the shear strength of the adhesive. The results show that the nano-calcium carbonate particles improve the shear strength of the epoxy adhesive system. The surface treatment is effective in alleviating the agglomeration of the nano-particles, and the shear strength of the nano-calcium carbonate epoxy resin adhesive decreases after the water-boiling.
