本研究探讨了软蒺藜对糖尿病大鼠神经病变的防治作用及其机理。结果表明软蒺藜治疗组鼠尾运动神经传导速度快于对照组(P<0.01),伴坐骨神经山梨醇含量、血甘油三酯和血小板聚集功能显普低于对照组;治疗前后血糖无明放变化。提示软蒺藜可防治糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变;其机理可能与软蒺藜抑制醛糖还原酶,改善脂质代谢,降低血小板聚集有关。
This study explored the tribulus terrestris prevention and treatment of diabetic neuropathy and its mechanism. The results showed that the motor nerve conduction velocity in the tribulus terrestris treated group was faster than that in the control group (P <0.01). The sciatic nerve sorbitol content, blood triglyceride and platelet aggregation were significantly lower than those in the control group. . Tip Tribulus terrestris can prevent peripheral neuropathy in diabetic rats; its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of Tribulus Terrestris aldose reductase, improve lipid metabolism, reduce platelet aggregation.
