采用ABAQUS软件建立典型壁板搭接区试验件三维实体有限元模型,并进行应力分析,获得搭接区钉孔最大应力;运用应力严重系数法和线性损伤累积理论对典型壁板搭接区试验件在随机载荷谱作用下的疲劳特性进行计算分析,给出了试验件疲劳寿命预估值;计算结果满足目标寿命要求。将分析结果与试验件的疲劳耐久性试验结果进行对比,发现寿命预估值与试验结果吻合较好。
ABAQUS software was used to establish the three-dimensional solid finite element model of the typical siding lap zone test piece, and the stress analysis was carried out to obtain the maximum stress of the lap hole in the lap area. The test of lapping zone of the typical siding was carried out by using the method of stress severity coefficient and linear damage accumulation theory The fatigue characteristics of the test piece under the random load spectrum are calculated and analyzed. The fatigue life prediction value of the test piece is given. The calculated results meet the target life expectancy. The results of the analysis are compared with the fatigue durability test results of the test pieces. It is found that the predicted life expectancy is in good agreement with the test results.
