当我们还沉浸在我国运动健儿取得悉尼奥运会辉煌战绩的喜悦之时,我又从《中国西部地区农村学校体育发展战略研究》课题组得到的信息:西部农村还有16%学校开不出体育课;28%的学校无法执行“体育教学大纲”;近35%的学校没有体育教师。这种竞技体育的迅猛发展与学校体育的严重滞后的强烈反差,使我喜中有忧,忧心忡忡,尤其对我们这些长期从事学校体育教育的管理工作者和教研人员,从中不能不引起深刻反思。
When we were still immersed in the joy of athletes in our country who achieved the glorious record of the Sydney Olympic Games, I also got the information from the research group of “Study on the Strategic Development of Rural School Sports in Western China”: 16% of schools in rural areas in western China can not afford physical education 28% of schools were unable to implement the PE Syllabus; nearly 35% of schools did not have PE teachers. The rapid development of such competitive sports and the strong contrast between the serious laggings in school sports have made me happy and worried. Especially for those management workers and teaching and research staff who have long been engaged in school physical education, I can not but arouse a profound reflection.
