以125所新建本科院校为调查样本,对新建本科院校与区域经济协同发展绩效状况进行描述性统计,并对影响两者协同发展的12个要素指标进行探索性因子分析,归纳出外显环境因素、内在能力因素和外部互动因素三个主要影响因素;进一步运用多元回归分析,检验上述影响因素对协同发展绩效的作用。检验结果显示,院校自身的外显环境因素、内在能力因素对协同发展绩效呈正向显著作用,院校外部互动因素对协同发展绩效有一定的积极影响,但影响并不显著。
Taking 125 newly-built undergraduate colleges as samples, this paper makes a descriptive statistics on the performance of newly-built undergraduate colleges and regional economy, and makes an exploratory factor analysis on the 12 factors that affect their synergetic development, summarizing the explicit environment Factors, internal factors and external factors of interaction three main factors; further use of multiple regression analysis to test the impact of these factors on the performance of synergies development. The test results show that the external environmental factors and internal capacity factors of the institutions have a positive and significant effect on the synergy development performance. The external interaction factors have a positive impact on the synergy development performance, but the impact is not significant.
