目的研究白木香Aquilaria sinensis中次生代谢产物的生物合成。方法采用组织培养的方法诱导沉香色酮类化合物的产生,采用HPLC法进行诱导物的测定。结果从白木香离体侧根中诱导出2-(2-苯乙基)色酮化合物。结论黄绿墨耳真菌提取物能诱导白木香中沉香特征化合物的产生。
Objective To study the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites in Aquilaria sinensis. Methods The culture of muskmelon was induced by tissue culture method. The inducer was determined by HPLC. Results The 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone compounds were induced from the lateral roots of the white wood. Conclusion Yellow fungus fungus extract can induce the production of the characteristic compounds of Albizzia.
