“I was added as alternate member of the CPC Central Committee, not to say how much I have the ability, but rather reflects the party’s care and trust in young and middle-aged cadres, which shows that our party is heavier on our young cadres. I feel that there is a widening gap between the requirements of the party and my own personal level. ”He said these words deeply as we congratulated him on Comrade Kewwood Ba Wu Dong in the Central Committee Building. In April 1939, Kuehwady Batu was born in a Uighur peasant family in Korla, Xinjiang. From 1959 to 1966, he was escorted to the Department of Physics of the Tashkent University in the Soviet Union to study while he joined the Chinese Communist Party. After graduating from China in 1966, he successively held scientific research and leadership positions in the Physics Institute of Xinjiang Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xinjiang Science and Technology Commission and Xinjiang University. Since 1980, he has been secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and vice chairman of the All-China Youth Federation.
