目的:通过研究灭菌温度对甲硝唑葡萄糖输液pH的影响,以提高其成品pH合格率.方法:用3种不同灭菌温度对甲硝唑葡萄输液灭菌,于灭菌后测定pH.结果:经统计学处理发现,随灭菌温度的变化实验组pH与对照组pH相比存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论:随灭菌温度提高甲硝唑葡萄糖输液成品pH呈下降趋势.
OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of sterilization temperature on the pH of metronidazole glucose infusion in order to improve the qualified rate of finished product pH. Methods: Metronidazole grape solution was sterilized with three different sterilization temperatures and the pH was determined after sterilization. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the experimental group pH and the control group pH with the change of sterilization temperature. Conclusion: With the increase of sterilization temperature, the pH value of finished metronidazole glucose infusion decreased.
