国家《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》中规定“突出矿井开采保护层时,采空区内不得留有煤岩柱”。铁法大隆煤矿二水平13#煤已定为煤与瓦斯突出煤层,现正开采作为保护层的上覆煤层12#煤。为了在12#煤中实现无煤柱开采,设计在该煤层采用完全沿空掘巷技术。根据岩梁倾斜理论,确定巷旁支护阻力2860kN/m,煤壁下沉量0.4725m,选取落叶松木直径为22cm,高度240cm,每米巷道支护10根。该方案成功避免了应力集中,解决了该矿沿空掘巷巷旁支护问题,提高了煤炭采出率,创造了良好的经济效益。
