黄河水资源问题专家座谈会4月19～20日在北京召开。两院院士张光斗、中科院院士陈述彭等29位水利、环境和林业等方面的专家聚集京都,为解决黄河水资源问题共商对策。水利部副部长周文智、黄河水利委员会主任鄂竞平、副主任陈效国和有关部门的负责人出席了会议。黄河水利委员会的报告指出:由于黄河流域用水增长过快,黄河水资源短缺,水资源的调控能力和管理水平不能适应社会经济可持续发展和水资源利用的要求,使水资源供求关系
Yellow River water resources experts forum April 19 to 20 held in Beijing.
