目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的CT诊断特点及误诊原因。方法对入院和(或)出院诊断为HIE新生儿164例(包含初诊误诊37例)新生儿临床资料和CT影像进行回顾性分析。结果 CT可显示病变的范围、密度和并发症。HIE患儿与误诊的病例相比差异有显著性。结论 CT是确诊HIE最有效的方法,熟悉新生儿脑质发育特点及临床表现,对HIE患儿鉴别诊断及预后评估有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of CT diagnosis and the causes of misdiagnosis in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The clinical data and CT images of 164 newly diagnosed HIE infants (including 37 newly diagnosed cases) were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT showed the extent of disease, density and complications. HIE children and misdiagnosed cases compared with the difference was significant. Conclusion CT is the most effective method to diagnose HIE. Familiarity with the features and clinical manifestations of neonatal cerebral parenchyma has important clinical significance in the differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of HIE.
