三峡工程临时船闸及升船机全长4.6km,并列布置,下游共用引航道。在84m由平均宽23m的中隔墩岩体分开。基岩为前震旦纪粗粒闪云斜长花岗岩。总开挖量1456万m3,预裂爆破长38.22万m,边坡喷护面积21.2万m2。升船机95m平台采用水平预裂法开挖;中隔墩开挖采用深孔大孔距小抵抗线孔间微差爆破,两侧保护层开挖采用预裂爆破。各种爆破均以振速为控制,取得了良好效果。边坡喷护采用干喷法,所用水泥为普硅425号,不掺外加剂,施工方便。
The Three Gorges Project temporary lock and lift ship a total length of 4.6km, arranged side by side, the downstream common navigation channel. At 84m it is separated by an intermediate pier with a mass of 23m. The bedrock is pre-Sinian coarse-grained cloud-hosted plagioclase granite. The total excavation volume is 14.56 million m3, the presplit blasting length is 382,200 m, and the slope protection area is 212,000 m2. The 95m platform of ship lift adopts horizontal pre-splitting method to excavate. The pier for septal pier adopts the micro-blasting between holes with small hole resistance and deep hole, and the pre-splitting blasting for the protective layer on both sides. All kinds of blasting are controlled by the vibration speed and achieved good results. Sprayed slope using dry spray method, the use of cement for the Si Si 425, without admixture, construction convenience.
