建筑行业是我国的基础产业,面临很激烈的市场竞争压力。而为了顺利中标,拿到工程项目,施工企业的中标项目价格也很低,而建筑材料价格,人工成本等则居高不下,使建筑企业面临很大的生存困境。施工企业要结合工程项目背景,加强财务成本管理和内部控制,以有效降低施工成本。本文主要对工程项目成本管理的内容、方法及重点环节进行分析,并提出具体的内部成本控制方法。
The construction industry is the basic industry of our country, facing intense market competition pressure. In order to successfully win the bid and get the project, the bidding project price of construction enterprises is very low, while the price of construction materials and labor cost are so high that the construction enterprises are faced with great living predicament. Construction companies should combine the project background, strengthen financial cost management and internal control, in order to effectively reduce construction costs. This article mainly analyzes the content, methods and key links of project cost management, and puts forward specific methods of internal cost control.
