采用Li-6400光合系统测定仪分别于5月、7月、8月、10月对南林895、I-69、皖林1号3个杨树无性系蒸腾特性进行了测定。结果表明,3个供试杨树无性系蒸腾速率日变化和日均值的年变化均趋势大致相同,5月和10月为单峰型,7月和8月为双峰型,各个杨树无性系蒸腾速率均于7月达到一年中的最高值,5月为最低值。各月蒸腾速率日均值分别为I-69(1.87、7.61、2.52和3.34 mmol.m-2.s-1>南林895(1.71、5.57、1.79和2.71 mmol.m-2.s-1>皖林1号(1.13、3.55、1.4和1.96 mmol.m-2.s-1。相关系数及直接通径系数表明,环境因子对蒸腾速率均具有不同程度的影响,除10月的南林895和I-69为Gs>Ta>RH>PAR外,其余均为Ta>RH>Gs>PAR。3个无性系标准木单株日蒸腾量分别是南林895为42 020.84 g,I-69为61 866.03 g,皖林1号为23 346.43 g。
The transpiration characteristics of three poplar clones in Nanlin 895, I-69 and Wanlin 1 were determined by Li-6400 photosynthesis system in May, July, August and October respectively. The results showed that the diurnal variation of daily transpiration rate and the daily variation of daily average of three poplar cultivars showed roughly the same trend, with single peak in May and October, double peak in July and August, Department of transpiration rate reached the highest value in a year in July, the lowest value in May. The daily mean transpiration rates for each month were I-69 (1.87, 7.61, 2.52 and 3.34 mmol.m-2.s-1> Nanlin 895 (1.71, 5.57, 1.79 and 2.71 mmol.m- Wanlin 1 (1.13, 3.55, 1.4 and 1.96 mmol.m-2.s-1. The correlation coefficient and direct path coefficient showed that the environmental factors had different degrees of transpiration rate, except for the October of Nanlin 895 And I-69 was Gs> Ta> RH> PAR, the rest were Ta> RH> Gs> PAR. The daily transpiration of three clones of standard clones was 4220.84 g in Nanlin 895, 61 866.03 g, Wanlin 1 23 346.43 g.
