This paper divides the female images in The Romance of Three Kingdoms in the background of Chinese feudal traditional culture and describes and comments on the femininity and constraints of the feudal empire in order to classify them into three types: Participants, maintenance is a very sacrificial tool to achieve imperial power. Furthermore, it points out that the meaning of the female character in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms is all based on the value judgment of the imperial power balance: all defenders are affirmative; on the contrary, they are negative; and together with ethics, they must also subordinate. Thus, it reveals the slavish awareness of the imperialist worship of the women of the three countries and the tragedy of life that has been distorted by this.
