apoA-Ⅰ转基因和基因灭活小鼠的产生、apoA-Ⅰ体细胞基因转移以及给实验性动脉粥样硬化兔注射同种apoA-Ⅰ的研究,证明apoA-Ⅰ具有直接抗动脉粥样硬化作用及防治应用价值。apoA-Ⅰ分子结构及前β高密度脂蛋白(pre-βHDL)的研究进一步阐明了apoA-Ⅰ在胆固醇逆转运及抗动脉粥样硬化中的作用机理。
