本文提供了一种测定含大量有机物、浑浊度大的污水中硫化氢含量的方法。该法系将污水酸化，用氮气将硫化氢从污水中带出并吸收在醋酸锌溶液中，而后用碘量法测定硫化锌。对含硫10～40mg/L的污水可直接测定，相对误差小于4％。该法稍经改变，也可测定沼气中硫化氢的含量。
This article provides a method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in sewage containing large amounts of organics and turbidity. The law acidification of sewage, hydrogen sulfide will be brought out from the sewage with nitrogen and absorbed in zinc acetate solution, and then measured by zinc iodide method.
