近年来,在我省输液生产厂家,普遍存在着一种10％葡萄糖注射液现场澄明度较好,而贮藏期不稳定,有大量的小白点、小白块出现,加热后又消失的现象,我认为由于药液中漏有极少量活性炭而引起澄明度下降或不稳定是一个重要因素。本文针对上述现象进行了实验。一、材料 1.葡萄糖——江苏靖江葡萄糖厂; 活性炭——上海活性炭厂767型; 2.过滤纸——上海新华造纸厂102型; 3.输液玻璃瓶为杭州玻璃厂。二、方法和过程按常规配制10％葡萄糖注射液方法配制,挑选40瓶未经消毒的澄明度合格的产
