消化性溃疡是内科常见病。但由于影响人体胃肠的因素错综复杂,故各地的发病率不一致。现将我院1976～1985年消化性溃疡住院病例作一简要分析。本组病例均符合下述一或二项的诊断依据:(1)胃肠道X线钡餐检查发现直接(龛影)或间接(球部变形)征象者638例;(2)内窥镜检查发现有溃疡者246例;(3)手术证实有溃疡者105例。 1.结果分析:十年间共收治本病患者813例,占同期内、外科住院病人总数24185例的3.36％。较山东1.36％的报告高,较广东5.35％的报告低。河北报告溃疡病住院患
Peptic ulcer is a common medical disease. However, the factors affecting the body’s gastrointestinal complex, so the incidence is inconsistent around. Now my hospital from 1976 to 1985 peptic ulcer hospitalized cases for a brief analysis. This group of patients are in line with the diagnosis of one or two of the following: (1) gastrointestinal barium meal examination found direct (Kan Ying) or indirect (bulb deformation) signs of 638 cases; (2) endoscopy Found 246 cases of ulcers; (3) surgery confirmed ulcer in 105 cases. 1. Analysis of results: A total of 813 cases were treated in this decade, accounting for 3.36% of the total number of 24,185 surgical inpatients in the same period. 1.36% higher than Shandong’s report, 5.35% lower than Guangdong’s report.
