锰的氧化还原滴定法是基于锰是一种变价元素,利用一定的氧化剂还原剂促使锰发生价态变化,从而求得二氧化锰量。试样以盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸溶解后,在大量磷酸存在下,用高氯酸于220℃左右时将二价锰氧化为三价锰。以 N-苯代邻氨基苯甲酸为指示剂,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定三价锰,借此测定二氧化锰含量。
