目的探讨血小板激活因子(PAF)及其受体(PAF-R)在早产和足月产妇母血和胎盘中的表达变化。方法选择2004-05-2005-06在中南大学湘雅二医院及郴州市第一人民医院住院分娩的早产产妇36例,足月产妇30例以及与早产产妇孕周相对应的正常孕妇36例作为对照组。用ELISA法分别测定3组孕产妇母血PAF水平。用免疫组织化学SP法检测早产及足月产组胎盘中PAF-R的表达。结果早产组母血的PAF水平(2.84±0.58)μg/L,高于对照组(2.17±0.48)μg/L及足月产组(2.51±0.57)μg/L,P<0.05。足月产组与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早产组胎盘组织中PAF-R表达的免疫组化积分(3.12±1.21)高于足月产组(2.47±0.90),P<0.05。早产及足月产组母血PAF水平均与胎盘PAF-R表达呈正相关,早产组中相关系数为r1=0.497,P<0.05,足月产组中相关系数为r2=0.633,P<0.05。结论母血中PAF升高和胎盘PAF-R高表达与早产的发生密切相关,母血中PAF的水平与胎盘中PAF-R的表达呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression changes of platelet activating factor (PAF) and its receptor (PAF-R) in preterm and full term maternal blood and placenta. Methods Select 2004-05-2005-06 in Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University and Chenzhou First People’s Hospital hospital delivery of 36 cases of preterm delivery, 30 cases of full-term pregnant women and pregnant women with gestational weeks corresponding to 36 cases of normal pregnant women as Control group. The plasma levels of PAF in 3 groups of pregnant women were determined by ELISA. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PAF-R in the placenta of preterm and term women. Results The level of PAF in preterm labor group was (2.84 ± 0.58) μg / L, higher than that in control group (2.17 ± 0.48) μg / L and full term group (2.51 ± 0.57) μg / L, P <0.05. The difference between full-term group and control group was also statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of PAF-R in preterm labor group was significantly higher than that of full-term labor group (2.47 ± 0.90) (P <0.05). The PAF levels of maternal blood in both preterm and term groups were positively correlated with the expression of PAF-R in placenta. The correlation coefficients in preterm group were r1 = 0.497, P <0.05. The correlation coefficients in full-term group were r2 = 0.633, P <0.05. Conclusion The increase of PAF in maternal blood and the high expression of PAF-R in placenta are closely related to the occurrence of preterm labor. The level of PAF in maternal blood is positively correlated with the expression of PAF-R in placenta.
