采用溶胶凝胶-水热反应法,以金属银元素和非金属氮元素掺杂改性二氧化钛,制备出银氮共掺杂二氧化钛光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、TEM和IR等测试技术对Ag-N-TiO_2的晶型结构、形貌结构、元素组成等进行表征。结果表明,采用溶胶凝胶-水热反应法所制备的Ag-N-TiO_2具有晶型好、结晶度高、粒径小(11.32 nm)、分布均匀等优点。以大肠埃希氏菌为目标细菌,考察Ag-N-TiO_2可见光光催化和避光条件下抗菌性能。结果表明,Ag-N-TiO_2在可见光和避光条件下都具有良好的抗菌效果,对大肠埃希氏菌的抑菌圈直径分别达到了15.2 mm和14.7 mm,SEM形态表征显示,添加催化剂的细菌细胞表面出现凹陷、皱褶或孔洞,同时鞭毛消失,表明所制催化剂具有良好的抗菌效果。
Silver-nitrogen co-doped TiO 2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel-hydrothermal reaction with metallic silver and non-metallic nitrogen. The photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and IR. N-TiO_2 crystal structure, morphology, elemental composition and so on. The results show that Ag-N-TiO 2 prepared by sol-gel-hydrothermal reaction has the advantages of good crystal form, high crystallinity, small size (11.32 nm) and even distribution. Escherichia coli as the target bacteria, Ag-N-TiO 2 visible light photocatalytic and antimicrobial properties under dark conditions. The results showed that Ag-N-TiO 2 had good antibacterial activity under both visible and dark conditions, and the diameters of bacteriostatic circles against Escherichia coli reached 15.2 mm and 14.7 mm, respectively. SEM morphological characterization showed that the addition of catalyst Depression, folds or holes on the surface of bacteria cells disappeared, indicating that the prepared catalyst has good antibacterial effect.
