管理过失是指处于管理地位的行为人不履行或者错误履行管理职责,致使被管理对象由于过失而造成严重危害结果的一种主观心理态度。管理过失是导致各种事故发生的主要原因之一,要控制各种事故频发态势,必须注意解决管理过失问题。
Misconduct management refers to the subjective psychological attitude of the actor under management who fails or fails to perform his management duties and causes the object being managed to cause serious harm to the result of negligence.
