全国集邮联荣誉会士、《集邮》杂志原主编、编审张莘农先生4月30日于北京病逝,享年89 岁。张莘农先生于1916年11月生于江苏无锡市。1936 年,20岁的张莘农以优异的成绩考入中华邮政,在江苏省无锡市一所基层邮局任乙级邮务员。青年时的张莘农在金融理论研究方面崭露头角,被调入中华邮政总局机关工作,专职编辑《现代邮政》杂志。解放后。张老词入中国共产党领导的华东邮电管理局从事《华东邮电工人》杂志的编辑工作。1950年,张老调入邮电部,负责编辑《邮电工人》杂志。1955年《集邮》创刊后,张老任编辑,从这时开始一直到1985年,张老一直为编辑出
The honorary member of the National Philatelic Union, former chief editor of Philatelic magazine and Editor-in-Chief Zhang Xinnong died in Beijing on April 30, 1989 at the age of 89. Mr. Zhang Xinnong was born in November 1916 in Wuxi, Jiangsu.
