There are five elements to the process of researching and developing new drugs. These elements do not guarantee the success of development because the quality of the elements is a key factor, but ignoring one or a few of these elements is doomed to failure. 1 The origin of new projects is multi-channel. An effective way to identify new compounds and their activities is to selectively synthesize new compound molecules. One of the successful ways is to reform known active molecules and enhance their activity through modification of molecular structure. This is also an area of success in the development of new drugs. In order to make better use of this method, a suitable screening system must be established to quantitatively and qualitatively test the activity of these compounds. Several new compounds should be included in their development plan each year for a successful pharmaceutical company because many drugs (about 11/12) will enter the first phase of a clinical study
