在饵料中添加进口黄霉素3,4,5mg·kg-1和国产黄霉素3,4,5mg·kg-(1均以纯品计),比较国产与进口黄霉素对草鱼生产性能的影响。研究表明:国产黄霉素(新特威黄霉素)4mg·kg-1的促生长效果优于进口黄霉素(富乐旺黄霉素)4mg·kg-1,前者特定生长率比后者增加15.56%,但饵料利用效率差异不明显;国产黄霉素的饵料转化率在5mg·kg-1添加量时最高。在相同添加量下,国产黄霉素与进口黄霉素的鱼体水分、蛋白、脂肪、灰分、内脏比没有明显差异;从肥满度指标看,国产黄霉素4mg·kg-1的肥满度最高;相同添加量时,国产黄霉素在每吨饵料中的成本和养殖饵料成本均低于进口黄霉素。
