本文作者对渗碳件淬火后必须进行回火处理提出异议。试验结果表明,渗碳淬火件经低温回火后,弯曲疲劳强度和多次冲击抗力显著降低。主要原因是,渗碳淬火件具有较高残余压应力,在回火过程中松弛而显著降低。渗碳件取消回火直接使用,既可充分利用较高的残余压应力,获得较高的疲劳强度,又能节能,简化工艺和降低成本。本文还对渗碳件取消回火后可能产生的问题作了分析。
The author of the carburized quenched parts must be tempered objections. The test results show that the bending fatigue strength and multiple impact resistance of carburized quenched parts are significantly reduced after tempering at low temperature. The main reason is that carburizing and quenching parts have high residual compressive stress, which relaxes and decreases significantly during tempering. Carburizing pieces of the direct use of tempering cancel, can make full use of high residual compressive stress, higher fatigue strength, but also energy saving, streamline the process and reduce costs. This article also analyzes the problems that may arise after canceling the tempering of carburized parts.
