研究了加入不同量氧化硼(B2O3)对Y掺杂BaZrO3(BaY0.1Zr0.9O2.95)质子导体烧结性及电导率的影响。研究表明:加入适量B2O3(质量分数为0.5%~0.75%)可以使Y掺杂BaZrO3的烧结温度降低到1500℃,保温时间缩短到4~6h,相对密度可达95%左右,远大于不加B2O3试样的。与未掺入B2O3的Y掺杂BaZrO3试样相比,该体系材料的电导率没有明显降低。过量B2O3(1.0%)的加入将使其以第二相形式存在于烧结体中,从而降低材料的电导率。
The effects of adding different amount of boron oxide (B2O3) on the sinterability and conductivity of Y-doped BaZrO3 (BaY0.1Zr0.9O2.95) proton conductor were investigated. The results show that the sintering temperature of Y-doped BaZrO3 can be reduced to 1500 ℃ and the holding time can be shortened to 4 ~ 6h by adding appropriate amount of B2O3 (mass fraction of 0.5% ~ 0.75%), the relative density can reach about 95% B2O3 sample. Compared with the Y-doped BaZrO3 sample without B2O3, the conductivity of the system material is not significantly reduced. The addition of excess B2O3 (1.0%) will cause it to exist as a second phase in the sintered body, thereby decreasing the conductivity of the material.
