在温室及人工模拟条件下从事科学试验,配备合适的人工光源是保证试验结果准确的因素之一。用几种国产人工光源在地下室隔离的条件下,进行了两次试验,观察到不同的光源对棉苗生长状况及对棉苗枯萎病(Fusarium oxsporum f.vasinfectumSnyder and Hansen.)的发病有不同的影响。试验结果表明:与自然光照相比,镝灯、高压水银灯、日光灯对棉苗生长发育无不良影响,苗期枯萎病发病正常;而白炽灯、碘钨灯不利于棉花的生长及发育,并显著地降低发病率。日光灯、高压水银灯及镝灯是人工光照条件下研究棉作病害发病规律,进行品种抗病性鉴定较适宜的光源。
