I. Preface The Chaoyang area is located in the western part of Liaoning Province and has more natural disasters. In particular, the drought and strong winds pose a serious threat to agricultural production with low and unstable output. How to change this unfavorable situation and restore the normal ecological system, from the long-term point of view, to change adverse climatic conditions and make full use of climate resources are the urgent tasks at present. The construction of the forest network is an integral part of restoring the ecosystem. It can play an important role not only economically but also scientifically in changing environmental conditions, stabilizing agricultural output and alleviating the harm caused by natural disasters. Based on the existing types of shelterbelts in Chaoyang, this paper explores the problem of atmospheric turbulence diffusion in addition to the general analysis of climatic conditions.
