采用浓盐酸溶解含稀土磷矿,然后过滤除掉氯化磷酸二氢钙,滤液经过浓缩再次除钙离子,最后使用离子交换法对该含稀土元素及磷酸的溶液进行分离和富集,获得含稀土元素溶液。实验探究了离子交换过程中去钙液的pH值、淋洗剂EDTA的浓度和pH值以及交换速率对稀土分离的影响,结果表明,在流速为0.6cm/min、EDTA的pH=9、EDTA的浓度为0.04mol/L、去钙液的pH=0.9的条件下,稀土元素提取率最高。
Using concentrated hydrochloric acid to dissolve the rare earth phosphate rock, and then filtering to remove the chlorided calcium phosphate monobasic, concentrating the filtrate again to remove the calcium ion, and finally using the ion exchange method to separate and enrich the solution containing the rare earth element and the phosphoric acid to obtain the Rare earth element solution.
