前言表征异步轧制特性的基本参数,和普通同步轧制的一样,是轧制力、轧制扭矩和前滑率。在本文中将介绍在PV法异步轧制条件下以更大范围的轧辊差速比试验的情况,研究轧辊差速比对基本轧制特性的影响,充分掌握异步轧制的一般特性,并对这些特性是否受轧制条件(轧辊直径、板厚、张力、压下率)变化的影响也进行了研究。此外,搞清异步轧制特性与异步轧制时辊缝内轧材塑性力学的特点,即塑性区临界条件的特点之间的关系。
Preface The basic parameters characterizing asynchronous rolling are the same as rolling with normal rolling, rolling torque and forward slip.
