目的:建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型,为移植免疫学研究提供动物实验技术平台。方法:采用远交系Wistar和远交系SD大鼠,用二袖套一吻合法(门静脉和肝下下腔静脉行袖套法,肝上下腔静脉行吻合法)建立大鼠原位肝移植模型。结果:共行大鼠原位肝移植30例次,其中Wistar Wistar大鼠移植20例次,大鼠6~7 d死亡,平均生存5.1 d。SD Wistar大鼠移植10例次,大鼠4~5 d死亡,平均生存3.8 d。结论: 二袖套一吻合法操作简便,手术成功率高,可作为肝移植试验的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a stable rat orthotopic liver transplantation model and provide animal experimental technology platform for transplantation immunology research. Methods: orthotopic liver transplantation (RTA) was performed in rats with Wistar inbreds and outbred rats (SD rats) by using two cuffs and one anastomosis (cuffed by portal vein and inferior vena cava) and anastomosis of superior and inferior vena cava model. Results: A total of 30 rats underwent orthotopic liver transplantation in Wistar Wistar rats. Twenty rats were transplanted in Wistar Wistar rats. The rats died from 6 to 7 days with an average survival of 5.1 days. SD Wistar rats transplanted 10 times, rats died 4 ~ 5 days, with an average survival of 3.8 d. Conclusion: The two cuffs anastomosis method is simple and convenient, and the success rate of operation is high, which can be used as an effective method for liver transplantation test.
