离心保温棉因其优越的保温性能,被广泛应用于建筑节能体系中。本文通过实验研究了离心保温棉的吸湿特性及湿传递性能。吸湿特性实验研究了离心保温棉的等温吸湿曲线,并给出了离心保温棉平衡含湿量随相对湿度变化的拟合公式;湿传递性能实验研究了离心保温棉的水蒸气渗透系数,将实验数据进行最小二乘法拟合,得到的拟合公式适用于相对湿度区间为0~100%。以上研究结果为离心保温棉的研究与应用提供理论基础和计算依据。
Centrifugal insulation cotton because of its superior thermal insulation properties, are widely used in building energy system. In this paper, the moisture absorption characteristics and wet transfer performance of centrifugal insulation cotton were experimentally studied. Moisture absorption characteristic The isothermal absorption curve of centrifugal thermal insulation cotton was experimentally studied. The fitting formula of the equilibrium moisture content of centrifugal thermal insulation cotton with relative humidity was given. The water vapor transmission coefficient of centrifugal thermal insulation cotton was experimentally studied. The data were fitted by the least squares method, and the fitting formula was applied to 0-100% relative humidity range. The above results provide theoretical basis and calculation basis for the research and application of centrifugal insulation cotton.
