本文采用电子自旋共振 (Electron spin resonance,ESR)技术直接测定了不同抗性的大豆感染灰斑病菌后叶片中自由基含量的变化。结果表明 ,大豆品种和病原菌生理小种的组合不同 ,大豆叶片中自由基含量的变化不同。抗病品种接种后叶片中自由基含量增加 ,且一直高于相应对照的自由基含量 ;而感病品种则低于相应对照的自由基含量。本研究认为抗病品种叶片中增加的自由基在抗病反应中起着重要作用。
In this paper, the electron-spin resonance (ESR) technique was used to directly determine the content of free radicals in leaves of different resistant soybean infected with Cercospora sojae. The results showed that the combination of soybean varieties and pathogenic bacteria races were different, the contents of free radicals in soybean leaves varied. The contents of free radicals in the leaves of resistant varieties increased after the inoculation, and were always higher than that of the corresponding controls. The susceptible varieties were lower than those of the corresponding controls. In our study, the increased free radicals in leaves of resistant cultivars play an important role in disease resistance.
