烧结法生产氧化铝的工艺能耗高而严重影响了企业的经济效益.采用蒸汽间接加热脱硅.改变蒸汽直接加热压煮脱硅工艺.从而使烧结法氧化铝生产的综合热耗下降.但过饱和状态的二氧化硅在输送加热过程中大量结晶析出附着在间接加热管壁上影响传热效果.因此,采用新工艺改为常压脱硅和压煮脱硅两段间接加热连续脱硅工艺.试验表明,管道化间接加热连续脱硅新工艺和新设备用于烧结法粗液脱硅,其技术指标优于直接加热,可提高脱硅指数.
Sintering alumina production process consumes high energy consumption and seriously affected the economic efficiency of enterprises. Direct steam desorption with silicon. However, the supersaturated state of silica in the transport heating process a large number of crystals attached to the wall of the indirect heating tube affect the heat transfer effect. Therefore, the new process to atmospheric pressure desiliconization and pressure cooker desolvation two indirect heating continuous desiliconization process. The experiment shows that the new technology of indirect desulfurization by pipeline indirect heating and the new equipment are used for the desilication of crude liquid by sinter method. The technical indexes are better than direct heating, which can improve the desilication index.
