跨国投资是跨国公司全球战略的重要组成部分。中国的庞大消费市场与消费潜力吸引了越来越多的跨国公司竞相来华投资,跨国公司在华投资成功与否关键取决于跨国公司能否将其经营战略、管理理念和企业文化融入到中国的社会与文化土壤之中,即其能否在中国成功实施本土化。作为东道国的各级政府,如何采取措施加快跨国投资企业适应中国的经营环境,顺利实施本土化,实现其母国公司对外投资的目标,同时对中国经济发展作出贡献,也是一个需要认真思考的极具现实性的问题。
