实践已经证明,市场经济在为各行各业的发展提供机遇的同时.也提出了竞争和挑战,为各 种敢闯、敢冒、敢为天下先的开拓型人才提供了实践的大舞台,为公平竞争提供了条件。任何单位和个人在市场经济的大潮中,是存在还是消失.是发展还是滞后,是富裕还是贫穷。完全决定于自己,市场经济在我国虽然刚起步,但档案事业滞后于其它行业的距离在明显拉大,档案干部的收入、福利待遇、住房等也明显不如人。面对这样的现实,档案部门能否在市场经济大潮中激流勇进?能否借改革之机发展自己?本文就这些问题提出几点思考。 Practice has proved that while the market economy provides opportunities for the development of all walks of life, it also presents competition and challenges and provides a large stage of practice for pioneering talents who dare to break through, dare to risk and dare to be the best in the world. Fair competition provided the conditions. Whether any unit or individual exists or disappears in the tide of the market economy, whether it develops or lags behind, is rich or poor? Although the market economy has just started in our country, the distance between the file industry and other industries is obviously widening. The incomes, benefits and housing of file cadres are also clearly inferior. Faced with such a reality, can the archives department be able to march into the market economy tide and whether it can develop itself through the reform? In this paper, some thoughts on these issues are put forward.
