美国著名学者罗勃.康克林在《处世奇术》一书中曾这样说过“如果你希望某人为你做某些事,你就必须用感情,而不是智慧。谈智慧可以刺激他的思想,但是谈感情却能刺激他的行为。”由此可见,情感激励法已成为企业人力资源管理中经理人用以激励员工的重要手段。本文着眼于情感激励中运用的方式,结合一些知名企业的具体案例,从正面肯定了情感激励法的重要性,同时希望以此启迪一些经理人可以把情感激励法运用、贯彻到企业运营的每一个细节中去。
